Instead of going through the traditional agency matching process, HELPERLY will be able to assist with all the administrative requirements such as MOM application, medical tests, insurance, and transport so that your chosen maid can legally work in Singapore.

Yes — Majority of employers who utilise this service are rehiring their maid who previously worked for them and are currently back home in their home country or presently in Signapore.
Even if you do not personally know the helper, nonetheless, we will assist with paperwork, MOM applications, insurance, and transport to make the hiring process smooth and stress-free.
HELPERLY functions as a one-stop shop, we will prepare and submits all MOM applications and Insurance documents on your behalf. The only few documents we require from you will include you to share your personal details for the application.
Since the service of “matching” is not required from the agency, you stand to save a large sum of cost. Additionally, the maid’s placement fee will not applicable as we are only doing administrative work for you.

No. For direct hire cases, HELPERLY only assists with the administrative work (MOM application, paperwork, medicals, insurance, transport). Following MOM regulations, since we did not personally provide any matching services, no refunds or replacements will be provided.
However, if your direct hire maid does not work out and you wish to hire a new helper through HELPERLY, we will be happy to match you with one of our agency’s helpers and guide you through the process.
Yes. While direct hire cases do not come with refunds or replacements (as they are administrative-only), we value you as a returning customer.
If you choose to hire a maid directly through HELPERLY after your direct hire maid is unsuitable, you will receive a discount on our agency fees as appreciation for continuing with us.
